Weekend Breakfast (0) | Prescott Roadhouse & Backroads Bar
Saturday and Sunday From 8am
Breakfast is served weekends only. Come hungry — the skillets are built to hold you over.
The Skillets
Five skillets built over country potatoes. The Roadkill has brisket and pork belly with hollandaise — it's the one people come back for.
Morning Tacos and the Cowboy Torta
Morning Tacos come on corn tortillas with chorizo, cotija, and crema. The Cowboy Torta is seasoned steak, fried egg, and avocado on a grilled hoagie.
